Our cruise vessel the ‘Plymouth Venturer’ is currently our only wheelchair accessible vessel, with disabled access toilets on board. She is our main vessel used for our daily ‘1 hour Scenic & Harbour Cruise’, however customers are recommended to please check which vessel is being used before travelling or booking a Cruise with us, as she may be on a different service. Please call a member of our team on 01752 253 153 who will advise you further and discuss which will best suit your needs. Our ‘Plymouth Venturer’ vessel is accessed via a ramp, which is 1m wide and the accessible toilet door is 800 mm wide.
Our longer advertised Cruises (Calstock, River Yealm & Breakwater) are mainly on our ‘Plymouth Sound’ vessel, which unfortunately is not accessible for wheelchair users. This is due to the initial step to board the vessel, followed by 5 steps to gain entrance to the lower deck of the vessel and all other areas.
Our Ferry Services are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. However, our crew are on hand to give help and assistance to disabled and less able-bodied passengers, while boarding and during the duration of the trip.
Assistance dogs are very welcome on board and water bowls can be provided on request.
For full pictures please visit our Boat descriptions and virtual tours available.
